General Information:
Entrance Fee: N/A (no entrance fee)
Cooler allowed: ☒ YES ☐ NO
Parking: Minimal parking to the SE of the three fields. Parking shared with the dog park, so spots fill up fast.
Pet Friendly: ☒ YES ☐ NO
Number of Fields in Complex: 3 Fields
General Comment:
3 Fields that look like they were first built in the 70’s/80’s with little updated since time of construction. Fields adjacent to two busy streets (Warm Springs/Eastern) that are very heavily trafficked. Very plain facility with limited amenities to make a tournament enjoyable (lack of shade for spectators, dugouts not covered, restrooms distant from fields), especially for spectators. Convenient location if you need to get food or really anything between games (shopping/restaurants literally a stones-throw away).
Spectator Experience:
Spectator Seating: Uncovered metal bleachers
Snack Bar/Restaurant: YES ☒ NO
Comments: Pack your own drinks/snacks since they are not available unless a food truck or something mobile shows up to the fields.
Restroom Locations: One bathroom facility (closest to the most SE field). Far away from 2 of the 3 fields
Playground For Kids: YES ☒ NO
Picnic Area: There are picnic areas (occupied by homeless at time of the review)
Other Park Amenities: There is a large dog park to the east of the fields that looks busy and fun if you have dogs.
Spectator Experience Comments:
The Spectator experience suffers due to the lack of shade. If you have people coming to watch you play, make sure they have a chair umbrella or potentially sit under a canopy that someone has brought to the game. Las Vegas is hot at the time of most tournaments (Southwest Championships in April, World Masters Championships in Sept/Oct). Bathrooms are also inconvenient and potentially not safe for younger children due to significant transient population that lives near or in the park (some lived in one of the dugouts at the time of this review).
Player Experience:
Dug Out: Small, uncovered dugouts not comfortable when full of players.
Warm Up Area: Significant warm up areas for throwing adjacent to the fields. There are also warm up areas between fields in the outfield.
Batting Cages: YES ☒ NO
Adjacent Fields for Hitting: YES ☒ NO
Field Dimensions: Symmetrical 300’ fences on all three fields
Field Conditions: Outfield grass in decent shape at the time of the review. Infield also appeared to be dragged and in decent shape.
Scoreboard: YES ☒ NO
Player Experience Comments:
Biggest issue with facility is trying to make sure the sun does not beat down on you and wear you out. If you are playing multiple games at this facility (seed or tournament games), you must plan for getting out of the sun. This complex lacks anything remotely interesting—it is a bare bones facility that is void of anything aesthetically pleasing. If you are a player that cares at all about the facility you play in, this park will leave you wanting.
Review Summary:
The Good:
1) This complex is incredibly easy to find.
2) This complex is close to food, banks, sporting good stores, pharmacies, and other shopping. The infields and outfields are decent for a city-maintained complex.

The Bad:
1) No shade to be found. This is a problem when playing in Las Vegas.
2) Corner of 2 busy streets, which means lots of distractions and noise
3) Parking can be tough

The Ugly:
1) Bathrooms far from fields and shared with many transient people who live at or near park (I would be uncomfortable if my wife or young daughter traveled to the bathrooms alone).
